You’re a whiz on the computer, you love writing, designing, building things, and coming up with cool ideas. You Must Be:

1. The ability to juggle multiple projects/accounts/deadlines/Chinese throwing stars with finesse.
2. The ability to work within budgets and tight deadlines.
3. A need to be constantly challenged.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – this is huge, and includes everything from email etiquette to being comfortable on the phone to presenting ideas in front of your colleagues.
6. Great attention to detail. (like noticing there is no “5″ in this list)
We do expect a lot from our employees, so be prepared to demonstrate your skills and creativity in your interview. We may give you a case study and have you write a press release. Or we may give you Legos and have you build the answer to a philosophical question.
